Floors
Our HEPA vacuuming and flat mop/ spin mop cleaning service:

tidy Up Service
No cleaning/cleaning products will be used. Strictly picking up and putting away items.
One Time Rate: $80.00

(All Tidy Up Services have a 2 hour limit)
Baseboards/trim
Hand wiping of all baseboards and trim.
One Time Rate: $55/hour/technician
Add-On Rate for Existing Recurring Clients: $40/hour/technician
Shutters/Blinds/Window Sills
We’ll hand-wipe and clean all shutters or blinds, along with your windowsills. (Excludes fragile Venetian-style blinds.)
One Time Rate: $65/hour/technician

Laundry
Laundry must be washed and dried prior to us coming. (We do work with a local off-site laundry service for an additional charge if needed) We will fold/ hang and put away laundry in designated areas.

Appliance Cleaning
We will detail and clean the inside and outside of your oven and/or refrigerator.
Rate: $50/hour/technician
*Fridge and Freezer must be free of all old or out of date food. Client will remove these items prior to us coming*
Beds
Let us tackle the twisty, tricky task of changing sheets or making bunkbeds for you! This includes stripping, placing sheets in laundry room, and re-making the bed.
One Time Rate: $40/bunk bed

Add-On Rate for Existing Recurring Clients: $25/bunk bed
Add-On Rate for Existing Recurring Clients: One bed is included in our Basic PMC, any additional bed is $10/bed
Illness Sanitation
We’ll sanitize high-touch surfaces (such as doorknobs, light switches, etc.) to keep your family healthy.
One Time Rate: $45/hour/technician

Cabinet Cleaning
Messy Kitchen or bathroom cabinets? We will clean the fronts of the cabinets as well as the inside of what is accessible.
One Time Rate: $55/hour/technician
Add-On Rate for Existing Recurring Clients (Inside of cabinets): $40/hour/technician

Garage/Basement
We will clear cobwebs and debris as well as vacuum and wet mop the floors if applicable.
One Time Rate: $50/hour/technician

Dusting
We will handle the pesky task of dusting, especially in hard-to-reach areas! This includes high dusting, ceilings fans, exhaust fans, intake vent and dusting of all horizontal surfaces. This does not include floors. Client must specify dry dusting vs. hand wiping

Door Cleaning
We will clean and sanitize all doors and doors frames as well as handles.
One Time Rate: $60/hour/technician

Need the inside of your trash cans cleaned and sanitized? Let us handle it! (Inside trash cans only)
